How long does it take for my products to ship?
There is a processing time of 3-5 business days. Afterwards products will ship and generally take 4-12 Days or faster to arrive in the United States. International shipping (outside of the United States) may take longer up to 12-28 Days or faster. Please allow an extra 5-7 days for customized products.
Why does shipping take so long?
One of the goals is to provide you the best product. When your order is placed, your product is customized specifically for you. The hope is to send you jewelry that you are more than pleased with. This allows the store to offer a 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. This is why shipping may take longer, but the wait should be worth it.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! If your country is not listed, please feel free to contact us. Please note that we are not responsible for any local taxes or customs fees that might be imposed by your country.
I accidentally made a mistake on my custom product, can I change it?
Yes. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order so that your order can be changed. However, if it has passed this time window we may not fix it for you because the processing of your product may not allow changes.
Do you offer returns/exchanges?
Of course we do, if you contact us for a return within 90 days of your purchase, you shall be refunded your full purchase after you return the product. We also offer exchanges.
Do you offer refunds?
In most cases, yes. There are only partial refunds on Customized Products because as soon as you place your order, we start to customize them.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you have 24 hours after placing your order to cancel it. There are no cancellations after this 24 hour time window has passed, this is because your order processing may not allow it. Please contact us ASAP to cancel an order.
How can I contact you if I have questions?
